Data File Format for Analysis
Standardized data file format specifications for ensuring clean and correct data.
Zinrelo requests the past 2-4 years of sales transaction data to perform an accurate analysis. The sales transaction data file that is sent to Zinrelo is expected to be in a certain format. This article describes the data file format in detail.

Fields included in the Data File
The data file provided to Zinrelo must contain the following data fields. The column names in the CSV data file must be EXACTLY as specified in the below table. Any change will cause the analysis to fail. The data file must have at a minimum the 3 mandatory fields below. Any row that does not have the mandatory fields populated correctly will be skipped during analysis.
To prepare a data file to send to Zinrelo, start by downloading the sample CSV file.
Once Zinrelo receives the data file, our data science team will work on the data, run it through our algorithms, and give you a Loyalty Revenue Uplift (LRU) Report. It may take up to 2 weeks to deliver the LRU report because of the analytical effort involved.
